The non-surgical rhinoplasty or nose contouring is becoming an increasingly popular procedure, due to the dramatic results it can create without having to go under the knife.
In a non-surgical rhinoplasty we use filler to fill in areas of the nose to create a more straighter, sharper and defined contour of the nose. This can all be done in one session, without the need of surgery.
About Nose Contouring (1)

WHY HAVE A NON SURGICAL RHINOPLASTY?

Well, many patients want to make slight changes to the nose shape without going through any invasive procedures to achieve their goals. Others have this procedure to see what their desired nose shape would look like before committing to a surgery.

Many patients ask if a non-surgical rhinoplasty makes the nose look wide or bulbous from the front view. Provided that the procedure is performed with a delicate hand and an artistic eye, the nose does not look wide or bulbous from a front view. We use micro droplet injections, which allow us to use the minimum amount of filler for visibly noticeable results. This way, patients can achieve their desired look without having a significant amount of volume added to their nose. Because of this, the nose appears to remain the same size, as the amount of filler in each dispersed area is quite minimal.

A non-surgical rhinoplasty takes a few minutes, lasts 1-2 years, and has no associated time off from work or social functions.

WHAT IS NOSE SLIMMING USING NEUROMODULATORS?

Neuromodulators (anti wrinkle injections) can help with droopey nose tips and excessive nasal flaring of the nostrils. A single treatment can take anywhere from 4-20 units, and lasts up to 4 months.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW MUCH DOES TREATMENT COST?
The price of treatment will vary depending on what treatment is being carried out and the quantity of product being used. Please see prices . Please note it’s important to be individually assessed for an exact treatment quote, as product quantity will vary from person to person. All treatments should be paid for in full prior to starting the treatment. This is the policy of Clinic Four Limited.
I'M SCARED OF PAIN. WHAT PAIN MANAGEMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
Anesthesia is a way to numb the area being injected so that you don't have any pain during the treatment. We provide 2 types of anesthetic solutions.

1. Topical anaesthetic: Topical creams like EMLA can be applied to the face and will provide a little anaesthesia. However, it needs to be left on for at least 30 minutes prior to the procedure.
2. Local anesthetic: For a more profound anaesthetic effect, a local anaesthetic, like that undertaken at the dentist, can be administered.

WHAT PRODUCTS ARE USED AND IS THERE A DIFFERENCE?
There are hundreds of products on the market these days. Each range has specific indications and their own unique properties. Whats most important is the safety and how well it breaks down in the case of an emergency/complication. Other factors we look at when purchasing products is how much long term scientific data is available about the product, how long it lasts for and is it CE certified and FDA approved.

Using a safe and well tested product often means the cost price of the product and hence the treatment may be more expensive than other less safe or unstable fillers available on the market. Revolax is an example of a cheaper more generic product, lots of practitioners use to offer cheaper treatments. At Clinic Four we use more premium products such as Aliaxin, Teosyl and MaiLi. There is little difference between premium quality products. The results however are almost entirely based on the skill of the practitioner performing the treatment.
